Wokano a great Asian restaurant in downtown LA. My husband sent me this picture last time he was in LA. It definitely made me wish I was there because I have had this dish before, and it is delicious. The shrimp is cooked with a light “breading” (I suspect that cornstarch plays a role here) and finished with a tangy citrus sauce. Then it is topped with candied walnuts. It reminds us of one of our favorite dishes we used to share in Austin when we were in college, but it is even better.
